Following an organizational restructuring, a global shift in culture was needed to be more responsive to a fast-changing market. My responsibilities:
- Manage the internal campaign around the new culture. Last year, we explained the cultural pillars. This year, we focused on sharing best practices. I am responsible for planning, content creation and translating the content to multiple channels on a bi-weekly basis, e.g. newsletter, narrowcasting and Yammer.
- Lead role to develop and organize the first global culture week, coordinating over 25 teams around the world impacting approximately 23.000 employees.
- Manage and distribute office branding and promo items in collaboration with local teams.
- Actively build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholdersstakeholders.
- Act as a budget holder for the team.
