Responsible for PMO analysis and support to Change Team, specifically Change Team PM's, and support to Steering Groups/Project Boards. Part of a team of two people.

Key Achievements:

 - Set up monthly project planning meetings with PMs for all Change and IT projects

Responsible for providing support to all IT projects at Peabody, as part of a team of two people.

Key achievements:
•	Introduction of RAG Status Dashboard and Executive Summary (PMO Reporting) produced and circulated weekly. 
•	Creation of a Resource Management Tracker for the IT Infrastructure teams.
•	Project delivery support to the Care & Support Mobile Devices project.
•	Introducing weekly meetings and support for the IT Technical Project Managers. 
•	Drafting and circulation of minutes for the IT Infrastructure Programme Board and IT Infrastructure Working Group. 
•	Creation and maintenance of the Information Portal which is the online communications area for IT. 
•	Creation and maintenance of a SharePoint and Microsoft Teams area for each IT Project. 
•	Encouraged adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams by the IT Technical Project Managers and more widely within IT. 
•	Updating the Single Portfolio Register and reporting variations/escalating issues to the IT PMO Manager as appropriate. 
•	Updating High-Level and detailed milestones for IT projects. 
•	Attending regular meetings with the Group PMO and contributing ideas and suggestions for solutions to common issues within these meetings.

IT Project Support Officer

Brunel University London

Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Programme Management Office and provided a variety of support services to Programme Boards and Information Services project teams, as part of a team of two members of staff.

Key responsibilities
•	Managed the governance of the Information Services Project Portfolio Board, the John Crank   Decant Programme Board and the Cyber, Information Security and Applications Programme Board. 
•	Kept the information within the Project Portfolio Register accurate and up-to-date.
•	Developed management information on the Project Portfolio and ensured regular publication and distribution of reports to senior management and stakeholders.
•	Defined the Information Services’ Project Management process based on PRINCE2® Project Management methodology.
•	Coached ICT Project Managers in producing project documentation using the agreed templates.
•	Maintained and developed the PMO SharePoint sites and intranet site, including site administration, design and access control.
•	Managed Project and Programme documents, such as Risk Registers, Issue Logs and budget tracking spreadsheets for selected projects and programmes.
•	Supported Programme communications, e.g., newsletter, website, social media, as required.
•	Designed slides and materials for presentations.
•	Processed contractor timesheets and invoices accurately and in a timely fashion.

Programme and Projects Officer

Key responsibilities

•	Provided first-line support regarding software and hardware IT issues to 2,000 staff and 15,000 students. Support methods used were face-to-face, on the telephone, via email and via Twitter.
•	Responsible for accurate account administration for all staff and students, including password resets, quota increases, account creation, moves and deletion, and account details.
•	Logged IT incidents and problems in accordance with ITIL guidelines, escalating these to other Information Services teams where appropriate.
•	Provided on-call support to special needs examinations in our computer laboratories.
•	Acted as Computing Support’s liaison contact with the School of Arts, meeting regularly with their computer technicians and resolving issues that arose, escalating these to senior management and/or other Information Services teams where necessary.
•	Enabled the provision of accurate and timely communication between the Computer Centre and the University’s staff and students during times of unplanned activity. Examples of this included system problems or events beyond the Computer Centre’s control.

Key achievements

•	Played a critical part in writing and co-ordinating computing support documentation and user guides for our staff and student community.
•	Key member of the email archive, Google Mail and Exchange rollout project teams.
•	Trained University staff how to use the email archive.

Computer Officer (User Services)

Arranged the teaching timetable for 3,000 students, in liaison with lecturers, students and the central Timetabling team. Produced module evaluation analyses for lecturers at the conclusion of each module’s delivery. Acted as personal assistant to the Head of Department.

Sport Sciences Secretary

Servicing University-level teaching and learning committees, including room and refreshment bookings and distribution of committee papers. Preparation for Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and periodic reviews.

Secretary/Clerical Officer (Courses and Student Matters), Registry

Uxbridge College

Responsible for the Language Centre at Uxbridge College and for group French and German sessions with AS and A2 students, as well as helping with set-up of multimedia materials for foreign language evening classes. Assisted tutor with IT session for ESOL students.
