I serve as the Customer Operations Specialist at SEE Change Happen, and Co Director of an Inclusion and Belonging consultancy. In this role, I engage with clients to understand their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) needs, offering tailored solutions to enhance organisational culture. Drawing from my various customer facing background in Facilities and Compliance, I apply analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless service delivery. I coordinate and facilitate fellow director and CEO - Joanne Lockwood with her Workshop Training, CPD Accredited Speaking and Consultancy roles. Additionally, I  advocates for families navigating transgender journeys, having contributed to the Channel 4 documentary 'The Making of Me' between 2016 and 2019. My role is varied from Business Development to speaking as half of our fireside chat called 'One Transition, Two Perspectives.  I am also planning to author a book aimed at guiding families through these experiences with positivity and understanding, working with MBA Literacy Agent. At SEE Change Happen, led by Joanne Lockwood, we collaborate with businesses to deliver impactful training, workshops, real-life storytelling, and immersive experiences that foster team connection, learning, and growth. Our services include keynote speaking, interactive workshops, and consulting, all designed to embed inclusion as a lasting commitment throughout the year. My goal is to write a book to help families navigate the journey with their eyes wide open, understanding the challenges, helping them to face it all with positivity for the future happiness of all, working at present with MBA Literacy Agency in London to begin working with a publisher in the near future. I love reading, walking, cinema, musicals and football....
