In 2022, I created Inspirators, an impact-driven consultancy spotlighting regenerative leadership stories from all corners of the world and helping sustainability speakers become more visible and inspiring presences. 

It was born out of my dream of building a community and story series of conversations with outstanding visionaries to help readers cut through today's sustainability doom and gloom.

Through a questionnaire similar to Marcel Proust, but with a modern twist, we offer evergreen inspiration and curated resources from +120 global voices from +80 countries. Diversity at its best from all walks of life: book authors, explorers, Indigenous leaders, disability rights advocates, artists, activists, and all those who walk the talk.

pathways to overcome barriers, and fostering an inclusive, equity-driven environment that champions risk-taking and radical transformation. As an ally and space convener, Unearthodox is committed to illuminating and navigating these difficult questions, creating a vibrant ecosystem where bold ideas can thrive.

My role as a Storytelling and Communication Consultant for the Exploration Co-Lab is to develop new narratives around systemic innovation, bringing visibility to the distinct nature of the challenges faced by innovators and the bold vision required to navigate them. Storytelling is key to illuminating the importance of the innovators' work and elevating their thought leadership and personal brands.

I co-created Community Index Magazine, the first and only sustainability magazine in Romania. It is a bilingual yearbook (English-Romanian), now in its 5th edition, a source of top-quality know-how relevant for any sustainability leader and contains +250 pages of analysis, exclusive interviews with renowned international experts, articles and interviews with local professionals, CEOs and experts in the field of sustainability and CSR, as well as numerous case studies of some companies that can be considered benchmarks in corporate sustainability in Romania.

Community Index is also the first and only index of programs and projects developed by companies in Romania for community investment. The ranking is the largest database of CSR projects (+1000) in Romania and represents an analysis tool useful for companies, authorities and communities when they make investment decisions. It is a component of Romania CST Index ranking, the only analysis of sustainability performance and transparency in Romania.

In order to establish the winning projects included in Community Index, +1000 initiatives, projects or programs were analysed carried out in Romania throughout a year. The scorecard based on which the assessment has been made had, in total, 6 categories and 46 indicators, aligned to 3 of the most important standards or international references in the field of community investment.

Ambasada Sustenabilității în România

Ambasada Sustenabilitatii in Romania (Sustainability Embassy in Romania - SER) is an NGO founded in 2018 with the mission of promoting and accelerating sustainable development in Romania. The main focus is to encourage both large companies and SMEs to look beyond the bottom line and integrate ESG factors into their operations. This way, the private sector can mitigate risks and drive profitable growth at the same time, without jeopardizing people & planet.

They fulfil their mission using several programs, the flagship being "Sustainable Romania Coalition - CRS", launched in 2019 as the first non-political platform for sustainable development in our country. The program is based on collaboration and partnerships between sectors, a prerequisite for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda. The Department for Sustainable Development of the Romanian Government is the official partner of this program. So far, the Coalition has brought together more than 100 large companies and SMEs from 16 industries and NGOs.

Exclusively for Coalition’s members, SER has developed "SustainAbility School", an online educational program on sustainable development. So far, they have organized 37 webinars covering the entire ESG spectrum and having both Romanian and foreign experts.

Ecologos is Seneca's training division that offers eco-workshops for companies and schools. 

"Bunicii Nostri" ("Our Grandparents") is the CSR project developed by SNK Association. A part of the book sales is donated to buy food and supplies for lonely and vulnerable elders from disadvantaged communities.

My story starts with books. I grew up surrounded by myths and fairy tales, so I followed this childhood passion in my career journey when I decided to make a living out of listening to stories. I became an Event & Speaker Manager and invited +500 voices to share ideas on stage at major conferences in Romania, offering audiences of +200 persons the courage to go on the “hero’s journey”.

My studies in communication, public relations and advertising boosted this openness to conversation. I could always find myself going down the rabbit hole - the more I listened, the more questions I had. A deep question was still searching for its answer: How can I have a global impact through storytelling?

The answer came in 2019 when I co-created Community Index Magazine - the first and only sustainability magazine in Romania - where I interviewed +100 global thought leaders. After 5 years, I started feeling that sustainability tends to focus a bit too much on doom and gloom. That moment activated my imagination to shift the narrative on active hope and spotlight a new type of change maker: the Regenerative Leader.

In 2022, I created Inspirators, a storytelling ecosystem and interview series on regenerative leadership based on a questionnaire similar to Marcel Proust’s, where +120 diverse voices from +80 countries of the world and all walks of life share their reflections, resources and evergreen inspiration.

Stories are a force when you engage with them to give your life and the world a new shape. Inspiration, to me, is all about action and making an imagined future real. This is why my purpose lies in wearing three hats:

* Regenerative Storyteller. I deliver transformative content where inspiration is the red thread that connects inner and outer change to enlighten on a wide range of sustainability knowledge

* Sustainable Leadership and Communication Advisor. I empower leaders with the tools, resources, and guidance to become visible speakers and inspiring thought leadership presences

* Community Builder and Global Partnerships Activator. I lead multi-sector collaborative projects engaging a diverse global network to amplify impact. 

I wish to apply this experience to sense and respond to the needs, challenges and aspirations of values-aligned leaders and organizations and elevate, together, collective consciousness surrounding sustainability and regeneration.
