My role is to foster Innovation and drive the digital transformation of our Global Procurement Organization (Astore) that manages the purchase of 2.5€bn of goods and services for 5,000 hospitality clients in 20 countries. 

Key Accomplishments:
• Delivered on our Digital Transformation Roadmap with the successful launch of 7 global digital initiatives on Data Management, Sourcing Performance, Procure-to-Pay, Contract & Rebate Management, Pre-Opening Projects Management, CMS / Institutional Website & Supplier Directory
• Built a Digital Factory and hired a Product Team in order to develop a bespoke Rebate/Revenue Management solution (MVP generated 1,8m€ additional revenue, further deployed in 15 countries)
• Implemented an award-wining Source-to-Contract solution across 16 countries
• Managed an agile & engaged team of 30 internal & external talent
