Chief Marketing & Growth Officer

• Pull products from inventory/finished goods
• Package products in boxes and follow-up with customers regarding

Operation Support System Specialist

• Assist in processing payroll and upkeep of employee personal files
• Management of confidential client documents and information
• File company and client documents in the appropriate area
• Reconcile company accounts utilizing PeachTree and Sage50
• Apply check payments from clients
• Perform Electronic Funds Transfers for client accounts every month
• In charge of mailing invoices and documents to clients, and handled accounting questions

• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors with effective communication on a daily basis
• In charge of purchase order creation
• Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments
