As an educator, I enjoyed sharing insight and knowledge as much as learning from others, working collaboratively, and creating authentic relationships. My extensive experience in working with stakeholders in both educational and project management environments has given me in-depth understanding of how relationship building contributes positively to adoption and retention. On a personal note, I am a Haitian 🇭🇹  native that quickly learned to adapt and assimilate to the American culture while still maintaining indigenous cultural traditions and values. I was raised in Brooklyn, New York where I, like many locals passionately argue is the finest borough in NYC 🗽  (no doubt about it). Additionally, I am passionate about social justice and being the best dog mom to my white Havanese puppy 🐶

As a project manager in the  telecom industry, I have found ways to not only improve processes on my team, but also to build bridges to other teams in the company to improve customer experiences all while delivering great customer service on schedule.
