Flexible offered a B2B SaaS platform for an invoicing platform for SMBs.  Flexible was a graduate of Create 33 Startup Success Program, an accelerator sponsored by Microsoft for Startups.
Performed data-driven market research and conducted customer interviews to build the startup business case. 
Defined an MVP, planned a product roadmap, product requirements, epics and user stories, UX/UI design, and sprint schedule.  
Hired and managed a team of technologists consisting of product managers, software engineers, and UI/UX designers. 
Performed A/B testing and planned go-to-market (GTM) activities.
Managed the revenue performance and P&L of the venture.
Flexible was a pivot from Bank Yogi which offered a B2B platform including a mobile app and voice AI for financial institutions to offer free product and travel insurance to their credit card customers.

I led the product MVP and several strategic product initiatives to build capabilities that significantly improved the customer journey and generated  more than $500M in revenue.  
Led product discovery through stakeholder interviews, developed product roadmap, feature prioritization, epics and user stories, and delivery timelines. 
Led a team of product managers/product owners and geographically spread cross-functional teams consisting of FTEs, external vendors, functional analysts, developers, DevOps, UX designers, and QA testers. 
Planned product launches by partnering with the go-to-market and marketing teams.
Tracked the performance of features based on usage and revenue. 
Partnered with the A/B testing team to test various cart permutations to increase the conversion rate.

Tacit was an early stage mobile payments startup that built a mobile wallet with self-checkout capability for the restaurants and retailers.  I was the first hire responsible for turning an idea into the product that eventually resulted into a platform supporting a mobile app and more than 100 POS integrations. 
Developed a business case with data driven market research, product roadmap, detailed user stories, product pricing and Go To Market strategy. 
Hired a team consisting an architect, software engineers and a UX designer.
Pursued strategic partnerships with POS API developers and POS manufacturers.
Made product demonstrations to potential customers and partners.

Microsoft

Microsoft Payments platform processes $7B+ in digital payments every year.  As a member of the commerce team, I led the product efforts for building a platform to enable marketplace payments for various digital channels at Microsoft. 
Performed market research, competitive analysis, and developed a business case with LTV / ROI analysis.
Managed product roadmap and prioritized user stories, planned releases, identified dependencies and risks.
Closely worked with the cross-functional teams including compliance, finance, legal, product architecture and engineering in China and USA to deliver the product backlog.

AT&T Appcenter was the marketplace that enabled content providers to sell mobile apps, posters and ringtones.  I was responsible for launching various consumer facing features including user reviews, branded partner stores, referral stores, and a recommendation engine.

Tracked KPIs including device and partner content performance, revenue and traffic.
Closely worked with cross-functional teams including architects, UX, engineering, IT and vendor teams to drive the development and deployment of new features.
