•	Manage Purchase Request (PR) for Machinery and Plant, with minumum spending 100 Billion Rupiah
•	Coordinate with cross-functional division to keep project’s stakeholders informed.
•	Manage tender schedule in 60 days Service Level agreement (SLA). Reaching 80% success rate. Except, if any requirement changes from User / Project Owner that can cause tender schedule longer.
•	Successfully reach cost reduction / cost saving by 25% in average.

Project Procurement Buyer

• Execute & manage Purchase Orders from more than 15 different domestic and overseas Piping & Accessories suppliers for Refinery Development Master Plan Refinery Unit-V Balikpapan Project owned by PERTAMINA.
• Develop Purchased Material Status on weekly basis, then reported to related stakeholders (Logistic Unit, Engineering Unit, Project Control Unit, etc.).
• Handle Changes/Variation Order of the Supplier and coordinate with the cross-functional division to finalize the scope of work and re-negotiate with suppliers regarding the value.
• Successfully manage 85% on time material arrival at Project Site.
• Successfully manage material defect at 4% rate from all arrival piping materials.
• Establish annual Supplier’s performance report and enhance opportunities to drive vendor’s continuous improvements in upcoming time and support the possible next project.

Expeditor

Accurate - Online Accounting Software

• Responsible to generate sales for the Parent company as a client, via Affiliate Marketing Stream and contribute 8% from total sales during the period.
• Develop minimum 15 email marketing content per week about the product, marketing campaign, and sales offer, increasing content produced by 5 times than previous period.
• Give product knowledge to new affiliate member via webinar once per month.
• Generate more than 350 new affiliate members in 6 months, with more than 160 affiliates generate monthly sales.
• Manage cross-function relationships to keep Stakeholders informed about the affiliate stream progress.
• Report and Present the monthly progress of affiliate member performance to CEO and CMO.

• Lead Research & Development Division consist of 5 persons.
• Successfully create 10 modules for practicum in Product Development Laboratory.

Marketing Internship

Experience in one field do not stopping me to learn new things. Because, I believe knowledge always makes us more wise in facing every problem in life, especially in professional life. Product Management is one of the things that makes me curious. Back in campus life, i joined with Product Development Laboratory, learning how to create tangible/ physical product from scratch or improving existing product.

Almost 4 years later, i joined RevoU’s Full Stack Product Management Course Batch May 2022. At the course, i learnt the fundamental of Product Management, start from Product Vision, Product Strategy, and how to extract it from the Company Vision & Mission. Then, continued to intermediate, such as OKR, Product Metrics, Problem & Solution Prioritization, etc.

During the course, I became Project Lead 2 (two) times, led 5 other members. Integrating the group that consist of 2 main role, researcher and designer, to focusing on finding the problem and creating the solution based on User feedback.

While following the course, I learned several tools that can help Product Manager day-to-day works, including but not limited to: Whimsical, Figma, Miro, Jira, Trello, Maze, Typeform, Google Forms, etc.

4+ years experience in Procurement and  experiences in handling various stakeholder from Client to Supplier. Comfortable with gathering and translating requirement into actionable items. Responsible to collecting data and information about related market, analyze it, and make data-driven insight before start negotiation and make any purchase.
