Started in classic management consulting with BCG, before being the first full-time convert in Southeast Asia to BCG Digital Ventures. At BCG, launched a nationwide sales program for one of the largest banks in Southeast Asia, driving improvements to performance management, culture and internal communications. •	Proposed to replace degraded silver recovery machine to recapture efficiency loss of 43%, the replacement have an financial breakeven of 2 years
•	Measured and proposed chemical vents for production environment to reduce structure deterioration, proposed vents should reduce chemical exposure by 87%
•	Convinced manager not to replace titanium parts with stainless steel parts that are submerged in bleach as it will lead to corrosion, which reduces production quality and halt production during failure
