I worked successful for three consecutive years, highlighting the following;
	I successfully led a team of 15 staffs and 372 children and their caregivers. Mentored and 	coached subordinates in day to day work plan and implementation which facilitate the 	completion of tasks within the timeline.
	Supervised Annual Budget Planning and implementation, we allocate 372 children and 	their parents and guardians and administrative activities were allocated in the budget 	monthly wise, we provided with basic needs, health services and education.
	Supported High Vulnerable Families, we identify (by actual visit) supply food and other
basic needs to 10 most vulnerable families identified monthly wise
	Developed and impacted skills to the project beneficiaries, we formed tailoring, computer
lab and welding vocational training classes at Elim Karatu church center, which enabled
children and local church members to learn new extra skills.
	Advocated children and adolescents challenges and helping them toward self-awareness,
I fully equipped the staff, caregivers and children with children and adolescents rights.
	Successfully completed water drilling project, which sufficiently supply the center,
church and local communities with enough safe and clean water.
	Collaborated with Governmental institution to registered 372 children under Community
Health Fund (CHF). Schools were providing academic reports to the center, that easier
academic follow up process.

I am a Community Development with bias in Gender and Development Bachelor holder.

Passionate at advocating Community Socio-economic Development, Gender equality, Women and Youth empowerment, Children rights and sexual reproductive health. I aspire the world where equality and equity in all spheres of life is for everyone, despite Gender, Age, economic status, Religion or Nationality.

I dedicated my time, energy and skills to work with the different communities at bring positive social behavioral change in Community and end all form of Gender Based Violence (GBV), Stereotype and bad cultural practices, norms and traditions . In order to create harmony and ensure every one has ability to enjoy life and opportunities to the fullest.

I have used both theoretical and practical approaches to create awareness and influence changes in different issues in communities;

>I use to organize games and sports competition among young boys and girls in Karatu District. I use the meeting to speak and teaching them about children rights and Gender related issues.

>I organized seminars to women entrepreneurs in Singida Urban and Singida Village to be able to acquire loans and utilize them accordingly.

>I participated in different workshop to improve skills on Community related matters.

>I managed to work with HIV victims for 3 years, helping them toward self esteem, self determination,  and proper use of ARV's.

I used to work as a Project Director at Compassion Tanzania, in Child Ministry Department at Karatu District for three years, being a successful team leader with the fact that it was my first job after the university. I work with the mission "releasing Children from poverty in Jesus name" with funding support from Compassion Donors worldwide.

I joined BRAC Microfinance, a Contract employment as a Loan Officer, I  met a lot of women doing small business and I got an opportunity to conduct seminars and training about entrepreneurship, disbursing and installments.

I am currently self employed in apparels and clothing.

I aspire to work with the company or an organization 
that would enable me to utilize gifts, talents and gaining cross-cultural  experiences.
