As Global Talent Director with passion in Gender, I  design, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies and employment branding that attracts and engages top talent within our applicable markets. In partnership with senior leaders, i work to contextualize workforce insights, associate sentiment, and market research to embed inclusive practices throughout the enterprise. As part of the Human Resources Leadership team, I drive key diverse talent initiatives and programs in support of the overall company’s success. Women in Management Africa (WIMA) is a registered NGO in Tanzania with a mission to improve gender balance and diversity on boards and in leadership roles in line with sustainable business practices, and Goals 5 &10 of the UN SDG goals (SDG 2030). WIMA was found to address the challenge of lower female presentation at leadership and senior management levels in the workplace.
