We built multiple businesses on top of that community.

That is when we asked ourselves, why can’t we do this for other creators too.

So we experimented it for Minhaj Muhammed, a creator who is well known in the hospitality industry.

Within a couple of weeks, 150+ people joined his community.

Then we called for a meetup.

I used to think content creation was only about helping people learn something they did not know.

Most founders build companies. Very few build people who can run them.

That is the real legacy. Learning & trying to put that in practice at our company too.

Why customers never switch innerwear brands easily ?

Once a customer finds comfort and size,
they never experiment again.

You have to earn them with accuracy.

Fabric education.
Usage education.

High aquisition costs is normal here.
But the lifetime value is massive.

One correct fit can mean years of repeat purchases.

She didn’t grow alone. That’s the real hack.

Most founders think growth comes from ads, tools, or strategy decks.

Asking questions. 
Sitting with traders. 
Learning from creators. 
Observing how others sell, price, package, and deliver.

Whenever she entered something new Amazon, Shopify, YouTube, Airbnb she didn’t pretend to know everything.

Most businesses don’t die because of bad ideas. They die because founders try to figure everything out alone.
