It exclusively promotes and utilises ethical communication strategies promoting equal voice, accountability and integrity at every turn.

I upskill my clients as communicators to no longer shy away from the tough stuff, but to learn to approach it all without blame or shame, judgement or assumption. There's A LOT of it out there. 

But much of it is just the same old advice dressed up differently!

You might find 10 business tips here, and then someone else shares 11 tips that are pretty much identical. 

So how do you stand out in this sea of 'sameness'?

You need to bring a strong opinion to the table.

Challenge what people think they know about your industry and say, “Here’s why that’s not the way to do it - let’s try this instead!”

Don’t just be different for the sake of being different - share things you know to be true based on your knowledge and experience. 

This way, you'll make your content more memorable, build trust, and make more sales down the line.

There was a time when we had to take any client that walked through the door. Even the ones who treated us like shit. 

We needed the money, so we said yes. But they treated us like employees,  and only saw us for the 'doing work' (not the thinking behind it). 

This is what happens when you're invisible online: people make assumptions:

- You must be new to the industry

It's complete BS, but it's what happens.
