Established the Estates projects portfolio management office, within University of Nottingham, and subsequently designed and led the digitisation of the portfolio to enhance service provision, improve data for assurance and decision making to improve how we ensure that outcomes and benefits remain aligned to strategy.

Prior to working in HE, I founded Exogen Consulting Ltd, providing consultant program and project management services to large corporations within the Pharmaceutical industry, translating a complex brief into a manageable strategic approach and leading cross-functional teams to the delivery of strategic outcomes through a combination of engagement, facilitation, benefits mapping, planning, risk management and clear communication to stakeholders.
