I’ve been the high-achiever powering through, trying to prove myself in systems not designed for women. I know the toll it takes. Now I help senior leaders at Meta, Deloitte, TikTok and beyond rise with confidence, clarity, and ease – achieving more without burnout.

As the Leadership Reset Coach, I mix 20+ years of senior leadership experience, mindset mastery, and neuroscience-backed tools to help women reclaim their spark and thrive.

I’m also Co-Founder of Impact Players; an international leadership conference and movement changing the game for women in business and sport.  

Oh, and when I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me freezing in the Irish Sea, watching live music/ comedy (or probably Netflix), or challenging myself to do something that scares me silly (stand up comedy or firewalking, anyone?).
