I have over 20 years experience in the field of web design and user experience (UX) with 100s of websites under my belt.

You'll see me talking at events such as The Marketing Meetup, or hear me on podcasts advocating for a human-centred, user-first approach to web design, and sharing our SmartSite™ methodology which has helped generate £1m's for our clients.

I'm here to help you (marketing and business leaders of £2m+ B2B, non-profit, retail & saas companies), and make your lives easier. We do this by:

🧠 It's no secret we use behavioural science as our weapon of choice. After initially working alongside UCL (University College London) to corroborate our hypothesis, we then developed the SmartSite™ methodology, which harnesses behavioural science. This has subsequently accelerated the success of every website and organisation we've applied it to.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager I was the driving force for the communications and promotional strategies in accordance to the corporate objectives and budget. 

The role involved leading in creative ideas generation and the delivery of all national communications and promotional campaigns in accordance to the corporate objectives and budget. Rigorous planning, multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines have all been essential to this role.
Marketing Communications Strategy – have a good understanding of the corporate message, its audience and what channels are the most effective, while keeping an eye on the competitors. 
Brand Development – briefing suppliers and managing the design and development of different marketing collateral that would support the clinical education and the sales teams in the field, during trade events and workshops.

Email Marketing – copy writing, design and scheduling of event emails to different Chamber audience. On average I would send 5 emails a week to ‘000 of recipients.
CRM Management & Data Cleanse – I would undertake an annual task of handling the full Chamber’s member list via a letter mail out, which was the tradition way. However I launched the same data checker via email. 
Event support – handling the production of different collateral from banners to brochures for the numerous Chamber organised business’ networking events.
