I sit right at the intersection of marketing and modern HR. I have spent a decade inside HR and work tech, building companies, scaling teams, and creating campaigns that reveal where organizations need to evolve and where employees deserve a stronger voice.

I began as a co-founder of Officevibe (now Workleap), one of the first platforms to bring employee engagement into mainstream conversation. I went on to lead growth initiatives across the HR and work tech ecosystem, and today at AllVoices I design content systems that equip leaders with practical insights while amplifying employee experience and voice.

Throughout my career the throughline has been consistent: using data and storytelling not just to drive growth, but to surface patterns in how work truly happens. Those patterns should inform business strategy, organizational culture, and ultimately the labor policies that protect people at work.

My long-term mission is clear: take the knowledge I have gained from inside HR and work tech and turn it into advocacy that shapes the laws and practices defining the future of work. Technology will always evolve, but the real test of progress is whether workplaces evolve with it in ways that ensure people and performance thrive together.

Today is my 4 year anniversary at AllVoices and it all started with me annoying the founder on LinkedIn. 

Story time: I was burnt out from trying to keep my marketing agency afloat during Covid and needed a lifeline. So I did what any slightly desperate marketer does and started researching companies I admired, cold messaging founders, and praying someone would take a chance on me.

Then I found Claire and AllVoices.

I messaged her immediately and told her I'd take any marketing or sales role they had. She actually responded. We got on a call. And for whatever reason her and the team saw something worth betting on.

They brought me in for SEO and never really let me stop there. I ended up doing webinars, web dev, product marketing, and got to work with damn near every department in the company.

Somewhere in the midst of all that, we brought in Emily Fenech and she was like "this kid is a jack of all trades, let's have him do demand gen" and well, here we are.

Four years later the numbers are better, the logos are better, and honestly so is everything else. I'm sitting here feeling like we're genuinely about to have our best year yet and I've become a real part of this company's story.

All of it because I sent a cringe af cold message.
