We began with simple product drops and a private community on the back-end to validate the idea. Fully organic, no paid ads.

• Our second drop selling out in 7 minutes
• 900+ active members in our private community (invited at point of purchase)
• 850+ orders fulfilled from 2 test drops (nearly all sales through organic)
• Our first paid in-person event sold out
• 300,000+ followers across social
• 103M+ organic views

People weren’t just buying apparel, they were buying belonging. Every purchase unlocked access to a private community with expert Q&As, lived-experience support, resources and connection.

But here’s the big shift. Our founding team has generated over $1Bn in revenue through Meta and managed $300M+ in ad spend for other brands. And yet we weren’t leaning into our unfair advantage. We weren’t building the kind of functional, benefit-led products that could scale predictably with paid media. So once the brand was validated, we pivoted. 

Over the past 6 months, we've been developing our hero product, the Club Neuro Stim Hoodie. This is the first functional sensory hoodie for neurodivergent adults and kids, co-built with thousands of survey responses and polls from our private community. 

It has subtle stress balls built into the sleeves, a hidden fidget-toy connector in the pocket, no itchy tags, weighted 100% cotton, and a design that actually looks good. 

Each hoodie purchase unlocks a private community space that converts buyers into repeat customers and long-term members. The product becomes the gateway to education, empowerment, and ongoing support.

•	Overall control of the company’s accounting function
•	Providing commercial insight to the MD and Board, in order to drive profitable growth and to optimise the company’s financial performance
