✅ Supervised the development of the unbundling and repositioning of our core products.

✅ Directed a department of five engineering teams (30+ people) over 12+ timezones.
✅ Talent Management: Implemented a leadership development program for engineering managers.

Luca Sartoni

Simona Vitale svolge la professione di personal life coach e counselor di approccio gestaltico. In particolare svolge la professione di “Woman Coach” ovvero accompagna le donne nel processo di identificazione dei propri obiettivi personali e nella costruzione di un percorso volto al loro raggiungimento.

Dopo aver conseguito una laurea in sociologia ed un dottorato di ricerca in Sociologia Ricerca Sociale, ha insegnato “Sociologia dei Processi culturali e comunicativi” presso l’Università di Napoli Federico II e presso l’Università degli Studi S. Orsola Benincasa. Ha insegnato “Comunicazione Pubblica” presso l’Università degli Studi La Tuscia di Viterbo. E’  giornalista pubblicista ed ha pubblicato diversi articoli in materia di sociologia della comunicazione. Ha pubblicato il volume “Second Life e relazioni Sociali”, edito presso la Ipermedium Libri. Ha conseguito il titolo di counselor presso il Master Triennale dell’Istituto di Psicologia Umanistica, Esistenziale e Transpersonale Neazetesis di Napoli.

Attualmente tiene corsi di formazione e crescita personale nell’ambito dei temi dell’empowerment femminile e del potere personale.
Fa ricerca sui temi relativi agli archetipi nei miti e nelle fiabe, in particolare analizza le rappresentazioni femminili  nell’immaginario collettivo.
Ha pubblicato l’ebook: “Come diventare una Dea. Tre Passi per essere Divina”, edito da Ed. Essere Felici.

Insieme al suo collega Umberto De Marco, ha pubblicato per l’editore Giacomo Bruno, l’ebook “Potere Personale”.
E’ leader della rete al femminile Napoli, un’associazione nazionale che promuove l’imprenditoria delle donne.

Per il web ha realizzato il video corso in collaborazione con la Compagnia dei Talenti “Donne ed Autostima” ed il video corso “Le 7 dee e gli 8 dei” con la sua collega Lisa Giacomel.
Nel 2015 ha vinto il concorso nazionale She Factor (volto alla promozione delle donne ed il personal branding) conseguendo il titolo di Queen per la categoria “Donne che corrono coi lupi”. Ha recentemente pubblicato il libro "Femminilità e Abbondanza. Fai meno, ottieni di più".
