Every week I see agencies spending thousands on domains, automation tools, and deliverability systems before validating their core offer.

This pattern keeps showing up. 

Entrepreneurs jump straight to technical setup because it feels productive.

Buying domains feels like progress. 

Setting up automation sequences feels sophisticated. 

Building infrastructure feels like building a real business.

It's expensive procrastination disguised as preparation.
