Sorry, Vinod Sharma I don't get.
 
It was 2,5 hours in our work session.

Our mission is to build the chat functionality. 
It sounded good on paper.

But...

Building an AI data analyst that never lies is a challenge.
 
We thought filters everywhere are the way forward.

→ Platform filters
→ Campaign filters
→ Conversion type filters.

All these buttons and dropdowns that make PPC people drool.
 
More options, more control. Right?
 
Wrong.

Luckily, we have a Co-Founder, Victor, who runs an agency.
He's always happy to shoot holes in our tool.
 
The filters created confusion. 
 
PPC agencies don't have time to learn dropdown logic. 
They have campaigns to run. 
 
So we killed the drop-down menus.
 
Adding features is easy. 
Removing them is a whole different ball game.

This is my kill features logic:
 
→ Base decisions on feedback.
→ Always ask: what can I remove?
→ If it needs training, it's too complex.
→ Never fall in love with your product.

Simplicity always wins.

P.S. This was a picture before Victor ruined our day.

Meta banned my co-founder. 
 
I never saw Victor like this.
 Tears in his eyes.
 
"I don't get it."
 
He was running ads in the investment niche. 
Everything by the book.
 
But then...
 
A company in Spain filed a false copyright claim. 

Zuck's robots banned his personal account.
 
His agency was on the verge of dying. 
One profile was left with access.
 
"If they block that one, I'm done."
 
He started the appeal. 
We all know that goes nowhere.
 
So Victor went to work. 
Put family on as backup admins. 
Kept hammering Meta with messages.
 
The next day... 

His account came back.
 
This was a warning from the ad gods.
Stay safe friends
 
Here's how to prevent a Meta ban:
 
→ Dedicated email per Business Manager. 
→ Minimum three backup admins on every account. 
→ Never share pixels across Business Managers.
 
Your business can't live behind one login.
