Market analysis: continuous sector monitoring, in-depth understanding of business dynamics, and anticipating skills needs.

Job management and positioning: strategic support in drafting, structuring, and promoting opportunities to talent.

Multi-sector roles in executive roles with varying levels of responsibility, including:

IT / Digital / Tech:
Software development (backend, frontend, fullstack), DevOps, architecture (cloud, application, solution), QA, infrastructure, systems & networks, N2/N3 support, cybersecurity, pentesting, hardware, embedded electronics, IoT, data (data engineer, data analyst, data scientist), product owner, product manager, IT project manager, CTO, tech lead, etc.

Industry / Engineering / Production:
Maintenance, production, manufacturing, methods, processes, continuous improvement, quality (supplier, process, product), HSE, industrialization, project management, supply chain, logistics, planning, scheduling, design office (mechanical, electrical, CAD/CAM), R&D, technical management, site management, production unit manager, etc.

Team Management: Supervision and support of 3 employees in their operational and commercial missions.

Financial and forecasting management: business management, budget monitoring, forecasts, and strategic decisions.

RPO assignments (since 2021): integration within the HR teams of several long-standing partners, with extensive involvement in operations, process structuring, and recruitment consulting.
