•	Provide a Statistical Consultancy service to Walsall Council. Lead and advise on West Midlands regional wide analytical/statistical projects. 
•	Quality Assure analytical work and documents in Children’s Services directorate. 
•	Value for Money and Benchmarking: Investigate areas of financial overspend or under-spend, evaluate business model and mix of service, offer analytical insights gained from data, KPIs with policy/legislation developments in mind. Apply advanced statistical techniques, produce Value for Money reports on service areas and benchmark against other similar organisations.

My core competencies include applied statistics, analytical engineering, business intelligence, data modelling, data governance and strategy. I have successfully implemented analytics and reporting solutions for various sectors, including local government, healthcare, audit, and central government. I have also published and presented on the use of data and statistics for predicting outcomes and informing decisions. I am passionate about using data and analytics to drive transformation, innovation, and impact.
