Culture Book - Spearheaded the Culture Book creation for YOUPLUS insurance, entailing user needs evaluation via surveys, coordination with graphic design firms, content creation, translations management, and overall project and product management.

International Intranet Launch - Directed the design and roll-out of YOUPLUS's international intranet. I devised an intuitive page map, curated compelling content, and crafted graphics, ensuring a user-friendly and inviting platform.

Avast

- Drove clarity, quality, traceability, and conformity of requirements to deliver solutions customers love.
- Created alignment with internal business stakeholders and key external partners.
- Mapped and continuously improved customer journeys through the Avast B2B Order Management System.
- Led the entire system redesign, resulting in an estimated 40% improvement in NPS – transitioning from negative numbers to positive customer experiences.

- At Konica Minolta, I analyzed digital workplace trends to inform product strategy for the WorkplaceHub, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with market needs and client expectations.

- For AXA, I orchestrated the vision and rollout of AXA's Intranet 2.0, managing development and ensuring seamless adoption through meticulous planning and testing.

I didn't send holiday wishes in December.

Here's why that was a product decision:

When you ship matters as much as what you ship.

Think about December 20th:
→ You received 47 "happy holidays" messages
→ You were mentally checking out (as you should)
→ Your inbox was chaos
→ You weren't planning much
Zero attention. Zero retention. Zero impact.

But today? January 5th?

You're back. You're planning. You're receptive.

So here's my NEW YEAR framework; not the generic "have a great 2026" you've already forgotten, but something that might actually be useful:

THE SUBTRACTION STRATEGY

Most people start January by adding:
- New goals
- New habits
- New tools
- New commitments

But the highest-leverage move isn't addition; it's subtraction (or the good old "less is more")

Three questions that are guiding my 2026:

1️⃣ What worked in 2025 that I'm not doing enough of?
(Double down before diversifying)

2️⃣ What didn't work that I'm still doing out of habit?
(Defining clearly what to say NO to is essential in strategy)

3️⃣ Who do I need to spend more time with, and who less?
(Your network shapes you)

Here's what I'm actually doing:

Example:
"I'm killing my morning routine that stopped working 6 months ago. I'm doubling down on deep 1:1 conversations instead of consuming more content. And I'm saying no to anything 'interesting' in favor of things I'm certain will create impact."

May you question assumptions (including about when to send wishes).
May you connect with your intuition.
