· Assess the As-Is processes and gather effective requirements from the different teams involved.
· Responsible of the functional definition of the To-Be processes through ideation techniques ensuring alignment with the company's IT standards.
· Involved in the user interface design with a mayor focus on the user experience, maximizing efficiency and minimizing the number of interactions to execute a task (UX).
· Coordinating and planning the deployment process between the different environments; as well as leading the coordination, definition, and execution of UATs.
