Worried you’re not “good enough” and always looking for approval? Stop letting other people decide your confidence. Here are 6 steps to rely less on opinions and start trusting yourself.

Let’s be honest…

Sometimes,
we catch ourselves looking for approval.

→ Posting on social media for likes
→ Over-explaining to avoid judgment
→ Asking yourself if you’re “good enough”
→ Trying to make everything perfect 
so nobody gets disappointed

It’s tiring, right?

And this happens a lot to everyone
who care deeply about doing things right…

— but slowly start doubting themselves.

Seeking validation
doesn’t mean you’re weak,
or others are better than you,
or you lack skill or ability.

It means you’ve learned to
rely on others’ opinions
— for reassurance, confidence, 
and approval.

And it’s something you can unlearn, too.

Notice when you feel the urge to ask for approval.
(Signs like feeling insecure, anxious, hesitant,
