My day to day duties involve liaising with clients and vendors while undertaking resource planning, documentation, scoping sessions, requirement gathering, quoting, training and the delivery of websites, web apps and eCommerce stores using a hybrid mix of Waterfall and Agile.

I've successfully delivered over 100 web projects and utilise Invision, Jira and Confluence to help manage a team of local and overseas developers, designers and QA agents to deliver custom WordPress, Magento and web apps up to $250,000.

Synnex Australia is a global IT Distributor, employing over 500 people .Partners include vendors such as HP, IBM, Lenovo, Apple. Microsoft, and Samsung.
My responsibilities focused around the management of several tier one commercial clients. I was in charge of invoicing, quoting, returns, warranties and licensing.
My achievements included the gaining of a Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist Lite certificate. Over hitting my KPI's for my first month (110% over target). Increased weekly growth and achieved record growth on key account bringing an additional 30% between July – August.

Softgen is an IT distributor that services the Australian IT channel. Vendors included Astaro, Embarcadero, GFI and Vipre Antivirus.
My daily duties focused around account management and business development.
During my employment, I Increased sales by 40% on the previous year, brought on an additional 30 resellers, managed over 80 accounts – ranging from small business owners to large resellers and oversaw the quoting and the delivery of a large roll out into a government IT department through an integrator.

Within my time at BrandAdvantage I worked on event management,creative marketing and the management and creation of a cycling expo at the UCI World Masters Track Cycling Championship. My daily tasks included
business-to-business sales, event management, creative marketing, word processing, general office duties and client procurement.

Achievements: I developed and implemented a cycling expo at the UCI World Masters Track Cycling Championship. I developed promotional material, marketing plans and a pricing structure for the event. The event was a huge success as it leveraged the exposure of local business to the cycling community and returned a large ROI.
