I am working as a product growth manager and consultant, eager to help companies in their quest for growth. I eat, sleep, and breathe PLG (product-led growth), no joke, I dream about A/B testing in my sleep, and even caught myself exhaling buzzwords like "activation" and "retention." :))

When I'm not busy, I devote my energy to maintaining my physical fitness. Whether it's lifting heavy weights or running, I believe that a healthy body fuels a healthy mind. Additionally, I find joy in exploring diverse cuisines and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

I strongly believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities, as talent is talent, regardless of the location, origin, or background.

Work Description :
Research, design & develops hardware/software by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties & responsibilities including the following.
- Create hardware design solutions such as RF design, digital design, firmware applications,
microprocessor-based board-level design, digital signal processing, or real-time embedded multiprocessor design.
- Oversees engineering life cycle of hardware products, including architecture, design, and implementation.
- Designs product solutions and features using a hardware description language.
- Makes modifications to product lines as necessary.
- Directs and coordinates manufacturing or building of prototype product or system.
- Analyzes data to determine the feasibility of the product proposal.
- Analyzes test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
- Confers with research and other engineering personal and prepares design modification as required.
- Evaluate engineering test results of possible application to developments systems or other uses.
- Works closely with quality assurance in identifying bugs and building fixes.
- Measures projects percentage completion at critical stages and implements corrective action as necessary.
- Maintain and implement projects following company schedules.

I worked in the Advanced Technology Group (ATG). I was responsible for bringing in new technology/improvement to current designs. My focus was mainly on improving RF circuit's performance and reducing the cost of current designs in the market. I have worked as a Frequency Generating Unit (including VCO), transmitter (Power Amplifier), and receiver designer. I will propose new projects based on new technology, which could be a great marketing strategy in the future. I have made cost reduction proposals on existing radio technology. The proposal contains the theoretical information and circuit simulation using ADS. After the board of technical advisory approves the proposal, the layout will be done using cadence. Then, the Layout simulation will be done to understand the behavior of the design in the presence of layout parasitics. Gerber file will be submitted for PCB board fabrication. Once the PCB board arrives, testing and optimization will be done until the PCB board meets the prescribed specifications.  My past work:
1) High power (38.5dBm/7W) and high linearity (P1dB=36dBm) PA at the low supply voltage of 3.6V employing impedance transforming power combining technique
2) Broadband Colpitts VCO using embedded resonator technique
3) VCO phase noise improvement by noise cancellation by employing active noise feedback
4) Broadband PA (330MHz to 530MHz) design using "Real-Frequency Technique"
5) Broadband distributed power amplifier employing lumped element
6) A Broadband Class E Parallel-Circuit VHF Power Amplifier with high Harmonic Suppression
7) 1-W linear broadband RF PA with cartesian feedback for TETRA modulation
8) Constant efficiency achievement with switched gain stage and drain supply adjustment method for UHF RF PA
9) High efficiency applying drain impedance tapering for 600mW pHEMT distributed PA
