- Participate in development, refinement, and reporting from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Create and manage documentation related to marketing communications and promotion activities and assets.
- Support Launch NY team on as needed basis with strategic planning, fundraising, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with partner organizations and ecosystem activities, sponsorship, and events.
- Coordinate with Launch NY personnel to support organizational needs in finance, accounting, product development, grants administration, IT and CRM systems, fundraising, marketing, EIR and related programming, and other areas.

As a Marketing Manager, I had the opportunity to do one of the things I love the most: building relationships. I sought out new partnerships for in-house accounts, including influencers, clients, and investors. As a part of the Fractional CMO team, my job was to find qualified leads for LNY’s programs, since I already provided this service to them at the Good Monster, I was able to quickly scale the results. During the 2 years that I worked with them, I was able to close 162 meetings and 98 deals for their Investor Network Program.
