Meta is cracking down on health/hemp brands with even stricter data policies. That’s why I put together a full guide to run Meta ads without restrictions.

This all started a year ago when Meta started flagging sites and pixels with restricted categories. It has hit Health/Wellness and Hemp/CBD brands the hardest.

Now in 2026, Meta compliance is needed across your entire ad system:

- Ad creative (including text inside images)
- The landing page your ad points to
- Website metadata and markup that the crawler sees
- Data within your pixel events

Most brands only focus on ad creative, and most data solutions only offer “custom events” as a work around.

That’s why appeals fail.
That’s why accounts get banned.
That’s why “nothing changed” but performance suddenly died.

Everyone is trying to figure out how AI will impact work in 2026. Most predictions are wrong because they are asking the wrong question.

The question everyone keeps asking is:
Will AI take your job?

There’s a better one:
Which parts of your job get automated, and which parts become more human?

Fearful headlines fixate on mass layoffs and job loss. What’s actually happening is more subtle. Jobs are not disappearing all at once. They are breaking into fragments and the human parts are more important than ever. (Like supervision, strategy alignment, usability testing, etc)

I’ve been running an AI-first product team through this transition in real time. The hardest part has not been learning new tools. It has been adapting how we plan, hand off work, and collaborate between product and engineering.

If you spend your energy worrying about your job disappearing, you will end up defending the repetitive tasks you probably did not enjoy anyway.

My advice:
- Focus on working smarter
- Focus on creating value
- Focus on removing friction

Do that, and you are not at risk of being left behind.
