The fastest way to lose momentum is to lose yourself.

Early in my career, I tried to fit the mould, the tone, the style, the version of leadership I thought people expected.

It worked on paper.

But it killed my conviction.

Every time you dilute who you are to make others comfortable,
you trade clarity for approval.

The problem is, approval doesn’t compound.
Authenticity does.

The best founders, leaders, and creators I know have one thing in common:
They build in alignment with who they are, not who the market tells them to be.

⇒ Introduced delivery services that generated >£10K weekly incremental revenues across both sites, including JUST EAT and Deliveroo. Set up outdoor catering and private events, and managed F&B for Barnet FC partners. 

⇒ Generated overall net margin of 12% through expert fiscal management; led deep-dive analysis and reengineering of P&L that increased wet and dry margins by 5% and 4%, and reduced labour cost by 6.5%.
