Responsible for maintaining, developing and growing existing wholesale distribution channel partmers. - Make sales calls on wholesale distributors, to generate sales revenue, support and facilitate  warranty claim process. Train their inside/outside sales associates to be proficient at selecting and specifying our products.

- Call on Archectual and Mechanical Engineering firms to to promote the products for project specification, provide answeres to questions regarding applications. Train associates during "Lunch and Learn" activity. 

- Read drawings and specifications to develop bid package for mechanical contractors involved in specific projects for new construction and retrofit applications. 

- Negotiate with manufacturer to secure the best possible cost multiplier based on need using supporting documentation illustrating competitive disadvantage. 

- Attended the School of Living Comfort "Hydronic Heating and Cooling Systems" weeklong training seminar in Morton Grove, IL. Attending the "Little Red School House" on multiple occasions for training seminars gave my the framework with which to build my hydronic knowledge rating from "adeguate" to "expert". 

- Negotiate the sale of Bid Package directly with the project manager of the mechanical contracting firm.

- Assist mechanical contractors in mechanical room situatitions requiring identification/application, troubleshooting, start-up assistance either to provide pre or post sale suppo

Residential and Commercial mechanical contracting firm serving the southwest suburbs of the Greater Cleveland Metro Area. 

Commercial: Specialize in NEW Construction and Retrofit  installation and service applications of HVAC and Hydronic Systems. Trades include Sheet Metal and Pipe Fitting. 

Residential: Specialize in retrofit/replacement and service of HVAC and Hydronic heating systems including Heat Pump applications.

Inside Sales Operation: 
Responsible for all aspects of counter sales/will-call management. Submit bid packages for goverment entities such as CMHA and Ohio Turnpike Comission. 

Purchasing: 
Required to maintain product inventory for major HVAC/R and Hydronic product lines such as Honeywell, ITT General Controls, White Rodgers, Robertshaw, Maxitrol, Heat Timer, Bell and Gossett, McDonnell & Miller, Hoffman Specialty. Support branch operations buy supplying their inventory. 

Marketing:
Responsible for producing the bi-annual "Controls Catalog", a 126 page publication distributedto the company contractor customer base.

Create Pre-Season Sales Specials and developed the "Go for the Gold" bi-annual sales promtion. The objective; to entice HVAC contractors to purchase large volume of product at the beginning of the "Heating or Cooling" season. This contractor inventory was used as truck or shop stock. 

Booth Coordinator:
Annual Tri-State Expo a major 2-day tradeshow. Responsibilities includeed recruting vendors to participate, manage co-op funds, produce sales specials and promotional prize programs. Grand Prizes included a Harley Davidson motorcycle and Kawasaki Jet Ski.
