I have a true passion for building, for learning, and for constantly iterating. I've found I add the most value to early teams and organizations due to my ability to create strategy, as well as apply and validate it through self-executing — operating as both a leader and an IC, dependent on organizational need. 

I'm a 5x sales function builder. I thrive in environments where I can quickly (yet deeply) triage the needs, and alleviate them with industry best practices and personal thought leadership, to create high-performing teams and processes that are primed to create demand and close it — all while doing the closing myself, as well.

Constant iteration. Prospect interaction. Process creation. Data-driven decision-making. Ruthless prioritization. Unwavering willingness to get my hands dirty and do the work. These are all traits required in small teams, and all of the reasons I am such a great fit for this style of work.

Prior to tech sales, I had a bit of a storied past. I started my Sales career at high-end restaurants. While that path may seem non-traditional (it is), it gave me invaluable perspective and experience as I transitioned my career into tech. As a restaurant GM and Wine Director, I learned how to connect with patrons, build lasting relationships, and create magical customer experiences  — all ultimately helping me hone my sales skills. Another added perk? I love talking about wine — and I love making recommendations. 
 
Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, hiking, and running ultra marathons.
