I’m an integral agent of change and leadership culture shift within this newly acquired retail company. I build a strategy for both retail sectors, consisting of 13K employees and 500+ HQ staff, to promote a more inclusive and equitable work environment. 

- Creates and launches surveys to obtain data; interprets data to produce a story of organizational behavior and long-term success strategies i.e. Employee Engagement, App User Experience.
- Grows ERG membership overall by 66% with membership from each individual ERG increasing: A.S.I.A. by 100%, Pa’ lante by 48%, BLK Thread by 95%, LGBTQIA+ by 56% and Gender Empowerment by 28%.
- Designs operational procedures and evaluations of organizational effectiveness.
- Initiated, planned and hosted two of the highest attended educational employee engagement events since the DEI team was established at SPARC/F21 - 182 persons and 452 persons respectively.
- Proposes, plans, and executes large-scale external marketing activations and internal enterprise-wide events with external partners and local communities.
- Partners with Merchandising to advise on product Collections to be more inclusive. E.g., Advised, 
 researched and supported with new designs to adjust products on a tight deadline with 
 implemented changes. Within the first 12 days of sales, 67% of the inventory sold in a soft launch in 
 some stores before the products were released on E-commerce.
- Develops new hire curriculum including experiential training on eliminating bias from the hiring process. 
- Designs impactful employee engagement experiences, leadership development programs, and 
 curriculum for a comprehensive monthly learning series. i.e. Independently planned and executed 
 a 500 person employee engagement event within a 6 week timeline that included a day of activities 
 and meals while prioritizing supplier diversity for the entire event by supporting Black and Latinx 
 woman-owned companies.
