As the company completed their expansion my role was diminished to Tech Director, in charge of project development in Panama, with direct correspondence to the VP of Technology and VP of Operations.

As head of Production, was in charge of overseen web-projects for brands like Nike, Planters, Subaru, and more.

Veritas Digital Studios was born as a sister-company for Creative Asylum, a digital agency located in Los Angeles.

Creative Asylum founders created Veritas in Panama, where I was one of corner-stones for a new type of digital agency in Panama. 

As their first Production Director my tasks included:
- Assemble a talented staff in Panama to meet US standards.
- Responsible for the implementation of due process from Creative Asylum (US) to Veritas (PA)
- Coordinate timelines, assign resources and deadlines for Creative Asylum projects.
- Instructing our Panama team to adopt the US high-pace agency model.
- Accountable for Panama operations and first in line after the VP of Operation (and founder) in Panama.

As the company grew in staff and procedures. My tasks become more technical, as Technical Director  was responsible for the technical scope of projects, including technologies and resources for each project.
- Project research and selection of the best programming language for development
- Daily reports of progress on the technical aspects of projects
- In charge of direct communications between the programming department and t he Creative Director.

Creative Asylum, later then moved on to become ModOp, and Veritas Digital Studios to become ModOp Panama.

Production Director

Ever seen I was a high-school student coding websites in notepad I have been fascinated by the internet. I spent long afternoons trying to figure out how websites work, how to create iFrame and GIFs in my spare time, sometimes even during class. When I saw an opportunity to work for a web company I jumped at it and have never looked back. 

Over the course of my career I have worked on every kind of project imaginable. From simple banners to sitting in a boardroom brainstorming ideas for groundbreaking apps. My years of experience have bought me into contact with partners and clients from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Ukraine and my native Panama. 

The goal of any successful designer is to create the best experience possible from the end-user. This means simple UI  that is powerful enough to do what the user wants it to do. I excel at this as my many partners and clients will attest to.
