I used to run ultramarathons, but after we had our son, that whole part of my life faded out.

I got out of shape in 2025 and started having pain all over, especially in my back. 

After doing physio regularly for a few months, I assumed I could just pick things up where I left off with the same motivation and same goals.

Yeah.. not happening. 

I admit, I am a performance-driven person, and I love measuring and seeing if I am improving. 

But it turns out that's not the right mindset if you want to get back into running after a year of inactivity. 

So I’m rebuilding the foundation and not putting any pressure on myself.

The only goal is to feel better. 

And the only way to do that is to move my body. 

I’ll worry about getting fast again after I’ve returned to baseline.

I want to achieve and experience everything I can in life, whilst living in balance. Having moved around the world as a young child, change became a foundational element from an early age. This deep rooted habit has lead me to seeking a life less ordinary. 
From childhood acting as a kid in a Hollywood movie, playing national level sports at school, Ironman triathlons, unsupported adventures around the world, achieving my degree in sports science, having a professional airline pilot career as a Captain at a major UK flag carrier, to becoming an NLP & Breathwork practitioner, Mindset coach, App entrepreneur and most importantly of all, a father. The growth above has always brought great challenge for me, and here is where I have forged and lived the MBE programme.
