Tasks as team leader: 
-Leading and coordinating the Lolland Falster Folketidende(LFF) cold calling and SQL sales team consisting of 4 employees. 
-Mostly selling to consumers, but also a bit to businesses (only SQL sales B2B) 
-Responsible for key KPIs, quantity of sales, hit rate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for LFF -Coaching new employees on LFF cold calling and SQL team. -Developing campaign material and sales concepts 
-Coaching, improving, and motivating the employees. 

I was team leader for 8 months; the first month was a start-up month, so it's actually 7 months with managing and developing employees. I'm proud to say that we NEVER missed a single quota. In all 7 months, we never missed a single one and often exceeded the index widely. With 4 employees we made 2118 sales in those 7 months. 

May 1st, I was promoted to Team Manager. My tasks were pretty much the same as team leader, but on a much larger scale. 

My tasks as Team Manager: 
-Leading and coordinating the Jyllands posten cold calling sales team consisting of 100+ employees. 
-Hitting targets, quantity of sales, hitrate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for Online Telemarketing. 
-Coaching new employees on Jyllands posten canvas team. 
-Developing campaign material and sale concepts. 
-Coaching, improving, and motivating the employees. 
-Handling job interviews with new potential employees.

My work focused on identifying opportunities to enhance quality of life through innovative solutions in areas such as healthcare, education, housing, and ecology. Based on my findings, I developed a strategic concept and actionable recommendations for TforChange, a social impact organization aiming to address critical challenges faced by diverse communities in India. I independently managed the entire project lifecycle, from research design and stakeholder engagement to the delivery of a tailored solution.

In 2019, I joined Canute as employee #1 and have been instrumental in building the company into a trusted ecosystem player in the Danish startup scene. I focused on building the brand whilst planning and executing it's core service: market-entry programs and ecosystem events for Nordic startups and scaleups globally.
