I was team leader for 8 months; the first month was a start-up month, so it's actually 7 months with managing and developing employees. I'm proud to say that we NEVER missed a single quota. In all 7 months, we never missed a single one and often exceeded the index widely. With 4 employees we made 2118 sales in those 7 months. 

May 1st, I was promoted to Team Manager. My tasks were pretty much the same as team leader, but on a much larger scale. 

My tasks as Team Manager: 
-Leading and coordinating the Jyllands posten cold calling sales team consisting of 100+ employees. 
-Hitting targets, quantity of sales, hitrate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for Online Telemarketing. 
-Coaching new employees on Jyllands posten canvas team. 
-Developing campaign material and sale concepts.

This job has taught me a lot about sales techniques and how to achieve the best possible results, when you are trying to sell products to customers.

As a marketing intern at ARLA Foods I assisted the Senior Category Manager for global children’s products, with the launch and development of new powdered milk children’s products for South and Latin America. My job was to assist on the development of labels for these project, the brand management, the marketing campaign and the social media campaign as well as the POS materials. Furthermore, I worked closely together with ARLA’s marketing department in Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago on these projects. I coordinated these product projects, as well as managed the daily contact with external and internal stakeholders. Additionally, I was placed in two workgroups, one regarding the role of naturalness at ARLA and one regarding sweeteners, as a representative from the global marketing department.

Here I worked mainly as a part time sales assistant, but also as a temporary branch manager. The job mainly focused on customer service and during my employment, I received several courses in customer service.  During my employment, I conducted job interviews and I helped with closing the store, when Accessorize decided to close all Danish stores in 2014. As well as I in that period was responsible for the daily management of the store, as well as doing the store’s accounting, budget and other ad hoc assignments.

At Monsoon Accessorize in Aarhus, I was firstly employed as a sales assistant and 10 months into the employment I was promoted to assistant manager. My main task as an assistant manager was to function as the right hand of the branch manager. As well as motivate the other employees to do their best and to be able the apply the best possible costumer service. I was in charge of the daily management of the shop, when the branch manager was absent. I was also in charge of the visual merchandising of the shop, as well as doing the shop’s accounting. In this job I learned a lot about being a good leader and motivating others to do their best.
