-Leading and coordinating the Lolland Falster Folketidende(LFF) cold calling and SQL sales team consisting of 4 employees. 
-Mostly selling to consumers, but also a bit to businesses (only SQL sales B2B) 
-Responsible for key KPIs, quantity of sales, hit rate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for LFF -Coaching new employees on LFF cold calling and SQL team. -Developing campaign material and sales concepts 
-Coaching, improving, and motivating the employees. 

I was team leader for 8 months; the first month was a start-up month, so it's actually 7 months with managing and developing employees. I'm proud to say that we NEVER missed a single quota. In all 7 months, we never missed a single one and often exceeded the index widely. With 4 employees we made 2118 sales in those 7 months. 

May 1st, I was promoted to Team Manager. My tasks were pretty much the same as team leader, but on a much larger scale. 

My tasks as Team Manager: 
-Leading and coordinating the Jyllands posten cold calling sales team consisting of 100+ employees. 
-Hitting targets, quantity of sales, hitrate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for Online Telemarketing. 
-Coaching new employees on Jyllands posten canvas team. 
-Developing campaign material and sale concepts. 
-Coaching, improving, and motivating the employees. 
-Handling job interviews with new potential employees.

As an Inside Sales Rep for SUSE, my focus was to manage and keep track of existing, as well as new costumers. I was responsible of the initial contact, arrange meetings and conferences, and roadmap the sales cycle in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland).

Short description of SUSE:

SUSE (pronounced soo'-sah) is a German Linux distribution provider and business unit of Novell, Inc. Like Red Hat and Caldera, SUSE assembles open source components for the Linux operating system and related programs into a selection of distribution packages that can be purchased. The advantage of buying the Linux kernel and support programs from a distributor (rather than assembling it at no cost yourself from various sources) is that you save time by purchasing a convenient package that comes with extensive documentation and tech support. SUSE, which also has a Braille edition, has targeted users new to the Linux operating system and hopes to attract Windows ex-patriots by promoting the Personal edition of SUSE as an easy way for the average desktop user to migrate to Linux. Both the Personal Edition and the Professional Editions come with a large number of applications.
