As a Chief Revenue Officer, I operated 25+ B2B AI, SaaS and traditional companies in more than 20 industries. I've felt firsthand how building modern, leading revenue systems became a very complex given. A bit like building a house. Everything became so complex. Every domain became a universe on its own, with all its subdomains and now even more so with AI and signal-based & asynchronous selling. 

You don't have everything in-house. You just do what you can with what you have. In the 5 years at Proxyclick, we grew revenue from 1 million to 15 million in ARR, culminating to an acquisition with Thoma Bravo backed Condeco (now Eptura)

As Global Head of Sales I was tasked with:
- Management, hiring and coaching of Proxyclick Sales Team (20+ FTE)
- Increasing conversion rates from opp to close
- Shortened sales cycles (particularly in the Mid market segment)
- Increased deal value in the Enterprise segment

Upon acquisition:
- Created the cross-selling strategy and process between the teams
- Enablement of Condeco reps to cross-sell Proxyclick to existing customer base
- Team restructuring
