I work alongside the Corporate Affairs team to create analyst memos and press releases as it pertains to Investor Relations, such as quarterly earnings and company wide announcements.

B2B Communications, PR and Content Manager, Corporate Marketing

Acting as an internal champion to help develop and execute content marketing and PR activities for LoyaltyOne, I work with a number of internal lines of business, including: Global Solutions, Precima, Brand Loyalty, the LoyaltyOne Brand, Zero Gravity Labs, and AIR MILES B2B.

In developing and maintaining yearly PR and content plans, both proactive and reactive, I work with, and diversify, our roster of Subject Matter Experts, spanning multiple lines of business, in order to opportunity spot and leverage their knowledge.  

Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner agencies and research peers in the areas of Corporate Marketing, Internal Communications, Digital Marketing, Knowledge Development and Market Research, I develop strategic plans for multi-channel marketing campaigns and measure campaigns to ensure success.
 
Along with internal business and third-party support, I work effectively with a variety of cross-functional teams, including members of the Executive Committee, Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility and Legal.

Along with conducting yearly performance reviews, goal setting and career mapping throughout the year, I act as a mentor for the four-month internship program, motivate team members, colleagues and supervise work to the appropriate levels.
