Our job, as technical sales professionals, was to obtain the technical or product win.  This required understanding the business problem, establishing credibility and relationships with CTO's & architects, and architecting a solution to address the key pain points.  I established processes and disciplines to improve technical discovery, RFP & PoC execution.  Acted as an evangelist at various conferences and industry events.
