Tuš Holding is a holding company that during my period included retail (Slovenia, Bosnia, Macedonia), real estate (Slovenia, Bosnia, Macedonia, and Serbia), entertainment and restaurant business (Slovenia), and telecommunications (Slovenia). 
I was responsible for leading the management team responsible for operating businesses of the holding company, setting up a strategy for retail business, running disinvestment process on non-core businesses (entertainment and telecommunications and non-Slovenian retail), and non-core real-estate in Slovenia, Bosnia, Macedonia, and Serbia. 
My responsibilities included also a financial and business restructuring of the company and negotiation with company lenders and suppliers.

I joined Tušmobil, the third biggest telecommunication company in Slovenia in November 2011 and took over as CEO in 2012. Our short-term goal was to optimize the business performance of the company and improve cost structure. Our long-term goal was to set up a long-term sustainable business model and to prepare the company for possible acquisition, which happened in 2014. Tušmobil was bought by Telemach owned by KKR. 
Tušmobil was an 80 M Euro revenue company with around 200 Employees.

We were responsible for business results, customer and partner relationships, consultative selling, and intracompany cooperation inside IBM globally and inside IBM Slovenia.

As an account manager for a big non-IBM account, I was responsible for maintaining
positive business relationships with big Slovenian companies, building possible cooperations with them in the areas where IBM with their expertise could bring them added value.
As an account manager, I was responsible for coordinating activities of different professionals, both on IBM and on the customer side identifying areas of possible cooperation and making sure that solutions were implemented in a way that they brought maximal value to customers.

The company's main business was the value-added distribution of server and software solutions with an emphasis on virtualization and security.
