This role required a keen understanding of both technological landscapes and business needs, which I balanced while adhering to strict budget constraints and timelines. My focus was on supporting commercial teams, aiding in their development, and ensuring they met their targets. This involved a continuous process of operational excellence and process optimization, essential in a dynamic business environment.
One of my key achievements was constructing and managing the data flow for reporting and overseeing all processes related to B2B distribution. This included comprehensive management of stock, order processing, and CRM systems. By establishing robust and efficient processes, I ensured that the backbone of our B2B operations was reliable and effective.
I was committed to establishing and maintaining excellent standard operating processes that enhanced our operational capabilities and streamlined our workflows.
I led strategic group transformation initiatives with a focus on a customer-centric, omnichannel approach. This was a significant undertaking that involved successfully driving the implementation of key projects, such as an innovative CRM system, customer-centric strategies, and NFC e-warranty activation. These initiatives were crucial for real-time sales and stock tracking, and they significantly enhanced our capabilities in e-commerce integration with wholesale partners.
I managed a diverse and skilled team, which included 3 direct reports (Project Managers/Analysts), 12 Brand Project Managers (one per Maison), and 11 IT Developers specialized in ERPs and web solutions. My role also required effective coordination with external agencies and 7 local Richemont managers in key markets. Leading such a diverse team across various geographical locations was both challenging and rewarding, learning crosscultural management and team leadership.

monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key market metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, stock rotation, and repairs. This task was crucial as it provided valuable insights for strategic decision-making, allowing us to adjust our strategies in real-time and respond effectively to market dynamics. I also took the initiative to create and disseminate Project Newsletters for Top Management. These newsletters, along with the presentations I crafted for regions, brand committees, CEOs, and the Board, ensured clear and effective communication of project progress and outcomes, a vital component in maintaining transparency and alignment across the organization.
One of my notable achievements was spearheading the global rollout of our Group's B2B online sales platform, BOOSTER. This was a complex project that required effective coordination across 12 Maisons, central IT, and various stakeholders, including Brand HQs, Top Management, Regional and Central CEOs, Sales Directors, and IT teams in each market and at our Swiss HQs. Successfully managing this project underscored my ability to handle large-scale initiatives and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
In this role, I established strong relationships with key stakeholders, animating a global community of over 300 stakeholders. My focus was on ensuring seamless communication, which was instrumental in the smooth execution of the project. My efforts led to the successful implementation of BOOSTER in approximately 5000 stores across 12 Maisons in diverse markets, including Italy, APAC (SG, HK, CN, TW, KR), the Middle East, Japan, Russia, North & Latin America, and South Africa.
Additionally, I was responsible for developing best-in-class training protocols for sales and customer service teams. This initiative was aimed at ensuring effective training, implementation, and adoption of processes, thereby driving B2B digitalization and enhancing the capabilities of our sales teams.
