Our industry focuses so much on success...
We forget 90% of startups fail.

Failory shares stories of startup failures and lessons learned, offering you valuable insights to avoid common pitfalls.

If you're a founder, you need to learn SEO (yes SEO works STILL).
NP is the best thing out there today to do that.
That's basically it.

How do you divide equity within the team?
This is one of the most challenging decisions founders face.
Early on in their journey.

And it’s not just about the numbers, it’s about fairness, commitment, and success.

Don't see this as a negotiation.
About how you can maximize your share.
And give the least amount possible to others.

A co-founder can eventually walk away if they feel undervalued.

Here's how to do it instead:

👉 Evaluate contributions, workloads, risk and experience
👉 Go for a dynamic split that values individual commitment
👉 Protects everyone by ensuring equity is earned over time
👉 Focus on being fair
👉 Have a "lead" founder (ideally)
 
Remember.
Being fair is NOT the same as being equal.

Equity discussions are about building trust
and ensuring everyone feels valued.
