As an advocate for children and youth empowerment, this season of Coronavirus presented a new opportunity to empower the children of the world. With the help of co-author and other Ambassadors of Good Will, Ilario Tariello, Anna Franklin, and Serena Tariello, we wrote, illustrated, and released 3 free e-books to help children defeat this virus. We organized a team of 30+ volunteer translators to increase it's impact worldwide and plan to produce readings on video in every language as well. COVID OPS has become a rallying point for children's empowerment, unity of the nations, and goodwill for all.

I love the ability to share stories that change lives and use stories as a motivational platform for teaching success and time skills. I have spoken on time and success in businesses, college-prep workshops, homeschooling parent workshops, children workshops, and teen workshops. Most of my twenty published books are focused on children and youth. Through my writing and workshops, they are encouraged to find their own greatness, learn to prioritize and manage time well, learn success principles, and use their gifts and talents at an early age. 
 
I wrote four time priority self-help books for children, pre-teens, and high schoolers that is often used for homeschool curriculum. (Time 4 Kids and Teens and Time 4 High School and Christian Editions of each).  

I wanted to offer something fun and engaging for the 5-7 age to learn about time so I developed a little character series called "The Time Doctor." These picture book stories bring time to life for them.

College is an new frontier for students with new time and success demands. My latest book, Time 2 Thrive/Taming the Time Monster College Edition helps college students take control of life and run their college careers successfully. With so many parents facing remote study students with COVID, I am revising these for fall release to help teens manage their remote studies from home with ease.

As a youth pastor, the scarcity of good Christian adventure books spurred two series for children and teens. Finally, I created a Coloring Book Bible Devotional with 100 stories not usually found in children's format that I distribute free to missionaries. 

Writing and Speaking are my passions in life and sharing positive messages that impact lives brings great fulfillment.

My most challenging career was when I left the corporate world to become a full-time homeschool teacher. Success in this job was defined by finding innovative ways to teach four to six classes per day and provide the best education possible for my daughter from kindergarten through high school pre-calculus and physics. The years of self-management as an entrepreneur and time management specialist helped tremendously and became lessons within themselves. I instilled life skills lessons along with the technical knowledge so that she could thrive in life. Since 2022, I've been boxing as a hobby, and it's grown into a deep passion that helps me connect with my inner self and imparts useful life lessons. I have discovered the value of commitment, tenacity, and pushing boundaries as a disciplined athlete. 

I approach business with the same disciplined training and mental toughness that boxing demands. I am aware that success requires sustained effort, toughness, and a growth attitude rather than occurring overnight. 

Boxing has helped me develop the problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and quick thinking that are essential for surviving in the fast-paced world of business. Additionally, the sport has stressed the value of cooperation and teamwork. By applying the principles I've learned from boxing to my professional life, I've developed the mindset, abilities, and tenacity I need to take on obstacles, seize opportunities, and advance my career.

Since 2016, I have dedicated myself to taekwondo because I feel its capacity to develop discipline, attention, and concentration to be of immeasurable worth. My physical and mental capacities have both improved because of the martial art. These abilities have been extremely helpful to me in my career as a business professional. Later, I joined a professional academy to prepare as a professional player.

I've learned from taekwondo how important it is to push past my comfort zone and confront my concerns. I have built a robust attitude that allows me to embrace uncertainty and take smart risks in the corporate world by always pushing myself. I've been able to set clear goals, stay focused, and work assiduously towards success in my professional life because of the discipline required to learn the techniques and advance up the belt ranks.

In addition, taekwondo has helped me learn the importance of tenacity and self-motivation. My dedication to constant progress has been strengthened by the hours' spent honing forms and mastering challenging skills. This commitment guides me as a business professional as I persistently look for ways to advance, broaden my skill set, and adjust to the environment's constant change.
