With a natural gift to organize, prioritize, and manage time, I had a near-death experience as a young woman that redefined time to me. From that experience, the ministry of utilizing time to the fullest and "to live every day as if it is your last" became my focus in life. Through books, workshops, and public speaking events, I help others learn to prioritize what matters most and manage all the rest of their lives. I speak in businesses and women's groups, but I especially love working with children, teens, and college students. I share insights into maximizing and prioritizing time, defining a personal meaning for success, and teach the amazing life lessons I have gleaned through time and from the motivational greats who impacted my own life.

As an advocate for children and youth empowerment, this season of Coronavirus presented a new opportunity to empower the children of the world. With the help of co-author and other Ambassadors of Good Will, Ilario Tariello, Anna Franklin, and Serena Tariello, we wrote, illustrated, and released 3 free e-books to help children defeat this virus. We organized a team of 30+ volunteer translators to increase it's impact worldwide and plan to produce readings on video in every language as well. COVID OPS has become a rallying point for children's empowerment, unity of the nations, and goodwill for all.

I love the ability to share stories that change lives and use stories as a motivational platform for teaching success and time skills. I have spoken on time and success in businesses, college-prep workshops, homeschooling parent workshops, children workshops, and teen workshops. Most of my twenty published books are focused on children and youth. Through my writing and workshops, they are encouraged to find their own greatness, learn to prioritize and manage time well, learn success principles, and use their gifts and talents at an early age. 
 
I wrote four time priority self-help books for children, pre-teens, and high schoolers that is often used for homeschool curriculum. (Time 4 Kids and Teens and Time 4 High School and Christian Editions of each).  

I wanted to offer something fun and engaging for the 5-7 age to learn about time so I developed a little character series called "The Time Doctor." These picture book stories bring time to life for them.

College is an new frontier for students with new time and success demands. My latest book, Time 2 Thrive/Taming the Time Monster College Edition helps college students take control of life and run their college careers successfully. With so many parents facing remote study students with COVID, I am revising these for fall release to help teens manage their remote studies from home with ease.

As a youth pastor, the scarcity of good Christian adventure books spurred two series for children and teens. Finally, I created a Coloring Book Bible Devotional with 100 stories not usually found in children's format that I distribute free to missionaries. 

Writing and Speaking are my passions in life and sharing positive messages that impact lives brings great fulfillment.

God misses His people and He uses my natural gifts to organize and prioritize time along with the testimony of the life changing experience of almost dying in my twenties to equip others to steward their time well. The years of prioritizing God's time first has been a door to a deep, intimate relationship with Him and understanding of the Word of God. I teach about the value of time with God, time for your own special God given talents, quality family time, and how to manage the rest of your time in order to do that.

My most challenging career was when I left the corporate world to become a full-time homeschool teacher. Success in this job was defined by finding innovative ways to teach four to six classes per day and provide the best education possible for my daughter from kindergarten through high school pre-calculus and physics. The years of self-management as an entrepreneur and time management specialist helped tremendously and became lessons within themselves. I instilled life skills lessons along with the technical knowledge so that she could thrive in life. I began to share time management and life skill workshops both to homeschool students and their parents.  When my teachings began to spread with invitations all over the country, I revised my workshop into books, Time 4 Kids and Teens and Time 4 High School. These provided an elective curriculum for homeschoolers to learn basic time management and still allowed me to focus on my primary task, my daughter’s education.

Liz's passion and purpose is to help people, especially children, youth college students, young professionals to FIND, IGNITE, DEVELOP, AND RELEASE the greatness and vision, the superpowers, inside themselves. 

Liz (MamaLiz) Franklin is an author of over 30 books and a public speaker from Knoxville, Tennessee. She left her careers as a business manager and financial planner to dedicate her life to empowering children, teens, and young people to find their greatness and prioritize time through books, workshops, homeschool curriculum, and speaking events. Liz spearheaded an initiative to empower children in the battle against COVID-19 and is currently empowering them to understand war. She released 9 free e-books in the COVID series in 25 languages and just released the first book in the war series in 10 languages. In addition, she heads a non-profit to foster initiatives for children and teens worldwide. 
 
In 2019, Liz began to write daily content on Linked In. Now, her posts from #MamaLiz inspires and encourages thousands every day to pursue greatness in life.  She released a collection of those writings in "Starting this Season off Right with MamaLiz" in February, 2022 for her Linkedin audience.  

In June, Liz will release the college edition of a two-book series, Time 2 Thrive and Taming the Time Monster, which will be available also in children, teens, and graduates' editions. The series is designed to empower students of all ages to excel in their lives and in school, whether in-class or online.

Liz has been a guest on radio podcasts and tv, including PBS, Josh Talks, and The Spirit of the American Women, and had articles published in numerous magazines worldwide including POWER KIDS. If she goes missing, she’s caught up in a spontaneous conversation to encourage a young person somewhere.
