Then this week in our town hall, Timothy Springer unveiled the software version of what we've been manually delivering for clients. The future is truly being built in real time, before our eyes.

Internally, there’s a feeling you can’t fake: progress.
Externally, we’re starting to hear it back from the market through the numbers and the client appreciation.

2025 has been a very foundational year in many regards. And we are all pretty stoked about the future.

Crafting a path for your voice to be heard ☄️

11:00 PM.
The time I used to finish homework in high school.
It was also the time my mom wrapped up her work in the mortgage industry each night.

For years, I watched the grind up close:
•The phone calls she took while driving me to basketball practice
•The notes she had me write in the car
•The late nights and the yellow-pad checklists
•The customer lunches, the referral partners, the constant follow-through.

And the reputation she earned—flawless, human, trusted.

About a year ago, when I started thinking seriously about how to scale Arcbound, her work planted the seed for the model in my mind.

As hard as we were working at Arcbound, and as big as the need in the market had become, I knew there had to be a better, more scalable way to help professionals like her build visibility and credibility.

That’s when I started having deeper conversations with Erica Goodwin, who leads Marketing at First Heritage Mortgage.

She shared her journey building the marketing backbone of a fast-growing company… without a compliant, measurable, or scalable system for supporting the individual brands of her loan officers.

Over the last few months, I’ve had deep conversations with marketing and sales leaders across mortgage, insurance, and real estate. 

One pattern came up again and again: 

Your top producers are under-supported.

-Generic, recycled content that doesn’t reflect their voice
