      • Created and launched a GTM strategy that resulted in a 217% increase in ARR for this offshore BPO

Offerings include customer care, sales, and technical support routed to 70K work at home customer service agents. Arise has operations in the US, UK, Canada, Jamaica, and India.
•	Managed high performing business development team selling customer care, sales and technical support to new logo enterprise customers. 
•	Individually built $35MM ACV and $106MM TCV pipeline in 90 days by implementing a 5-step sales process, from prospecting to close, with all prospects progressing to stage 2 or 3 within a 90-day timeframe.  
•	TCV ranged from $10MM- $20MM with onshore, nearshore, and offshore capabilities.

A $186MM real estate development consulting firm, providing advisory services to continuing care retirement communities. Offerings include strategic planning for project analysis, market analyses, marketing, transaction advisory, re-development, campus master planning, operations management, and other consulting services.
•	Exceeded monthly sales quota by 150%, personally generating $39MM in ARR against a $6MM quota.
•	Deal sizes ranged from $1.1MM-$2.5MM 
•	Successfully closed 4 deals in second month of employment; previous average sales cycle was 2.5 years
